Excerpt

“Canary, you have always been my forever since I saw you at that party. I’ve learned to be patient and wait for our time to come. I knew that once our time came it would be an epic romance of grand proportions. I believed that when I became the guy you deserved that you would be mine. I’ve worked so hard to become that guy and I promise you today that I may have my faults but I will always put you first. I vow that I will protect you, if you fall I will pick you up; I will be here by your side through good times and bad.

“I don’t know what I ever did in my life to deserve you but I won’t do anything to jeopardize us. What we have is something special, something everyone strives for, we are that couple that everyone is jealous of. I love you with every fiber of my being. I promise all of this and more until the day I die.”

MeetTheAuthor

When C.L. King isn’t hard at work writing you can usually catch her reading, baking cookies, dancing to music, or just simply being crazy. She has a huge passion for baseball and the theatre. But her true nerd side comes out when she is doing math for fun. She has an old soul which is evident with her love of the 70s show Emergency. If you want to get on her good side bring her an Ocean Water from Sonic. Even though she tries to focus on one project at a time she always seems to be working on multiple projects at once, it’s a good thing that she is highly organized. Just don’t take her to a book store, you do that and you are likely able to spend hours browsing.
